— Biarritz, Basque Country —
Breton tradition,
in the heart of the Basque Country
Stone-ground buckwheat galettes & artisan crêpes
crafted in the Breton tradition
Our story
Born of a deep love for Brittany and a life built in Biarritz, our crêperie is the story of a bridge between two proud and authentic cultures.
We brought our Breton craft directly from the Pays Bigouden to the beauty of the South-West — our produce is either locally sourced or imported straight from Brittany.
A stone's throw from Biarritz town hall, nestled between the Atlantic and the Pyrenees, we welcome you warmly in a setting steeped in tradition.
« Bez' ez eus er galoup mirion bennoz » — 'In a crêpe, there lies a world of blessings' —
The bilig
Our bilig (the traditional Breton cast-iron crêpe griddle), heated since dawn. Every gesture follows Breton tradition: the batter spread with the roznenn (wooden spreader), the edge lifted with the couret. A craft that is hard to equal.
Our menu
A concise menu built on carefully chosen produce. Every dish hides a meticulous preparation.
